He was everywhere throughout my New Home, he didn’t miss a thing. I didn’t know what to expect. As a previous home owner back in the Mid 80’s no one never came out to do what I experienced with Mr. Rob.
What a great and awesome experience making me feel very comfortable with him answering questions, explained many things in full detail I didn’t understand nor didn’t know to even asked he gave wholesome advice for preparations repairs and safety measures. Mr. Rob gave a mini Introduction of himself his back ground as a home inspector his involvement throughout varies communities and townships as President.
Mr. Rob in humble opinion Is the best of the best for all I know in home inspection 🧐.

We were highly impressed with Robert and the job he did inspecting a home we were considering purchasing. Let’s just say if you look up detail-oriented in the dictionary, you will probably find Robert’s name next to it. But seriously, Rob didn’t leave any issue unnoticed, and not only that, but he explains every major and minor issue in a concise manner. The inspection report was also comprehensive. Rob inspected a home we were looking to purchase. We had concerns, as the original portion of the house was built in 1925. Rob did a very thorough inspection. He calmed our fears, not finding anything substantial. What he did find, he spent time explaining the issue and offered some options for remediation. I would definitely recommend Rob to anyone that is looking to buy a home.
